Description :

Short black and purple tulle skirt.

Construction with overlapping ruffles, alternating black and purple tulle visible in the underlayer.

Small decorative purple bows sewn on the front.

Black lace trim on the ruffles.

It has a fairly stretchy elastic waistband.

Please note that the lining is made of tulle and the skirt may therefore be transparent depending on the light.
