White long-sleeved blouse with a classic collar. The central part of the bust is covered with a fixed corset/bustier-style insert. This bustier is made of grey polka dot mesh (plumetis), structured by contrasting black vertical bands. The top and bottom of the bustier are edged with wide black lace with floral motifs. It fastens with a row of black buttons at the front. The cuffs are also buttoned.
